Gong and POPMART have once again come together for a toy no fans of Wall-E can resist. Folks, meet the new POPMART Gong Wall-E Model Kit. Boasting over 300 parts, the model kit is packed with accessories and interchangeable parts, which, when combined with poseable arms, hands, and lower limbs, allow you to recreate iconic movie scenes. Well, “recreate,” by way of poses and expressions, which this kit has plenty of.
You can recreate Wall-E’s scared, drowsy, and excited looks, among others. The interchangeable parts include a retracted track set for when Wall-E boxes himself up, i.e., goes into sleep or standby mode, and a regular set of tracks with rolling wheels. Like a proper plastic model kit, Wall-E comes on sprues, meaning you will need to remove the parts and assemble him yourself.
The model includes the main figure, an interchangeable head, four pairs of eye expressions, a pair of interchangeable hands, a boot, a young plant, a fire extinguisher, a solar charging panel, a backpack (cooler box), a laser effect part, Hal—the cockroach companion—and a set of replacement tracks to simulate them partially retracting into Wall-E’s body when he boxes himself up.
When completed, the model measures about 15 cm (5.9 inches) tall. The POPMART Gong Wall-E Model Kit [CH] will go on sale on December 31, 2025, at 20:00 hours, priced at 229 yuan (about US$33).
