I know. This isn’t the best time to think about traveling. But hey, isolation, for better or worst, is the best time to fantasize about the things you could do when all this is over. Speaking fantasy, you can too, live in the fantasy world of Bikini Bottom… in SpongeBob SquarePants’ home, The Pineapple.
And no, it isn’t at 124 Conch Street and you most certainly do not need to have a scuba gear on because, thankfully for us humans, there’s one on solid ground. It can be found at Dominican Republic at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resort Punta Cana.
OK. I admit it is not an exact replica of the yellow anthropomorphic sea sponge’s home, but it is the closest you can get that fits humans’ desire for luxury enjoyment.
Here’s a gist of the real-life The Pineapple:

Expect a Bikini Bottom-inspired decor throughout that will constantly remind you of where you are at while being look after by private butlers.
It is safe to say it is probably a life that SpongeBob dreamed about, instead of being sponged off working at Krusty Krab.
Clearly, SpongeBob is not going to afford a stay at his own home on land flipping burgers because, we heard, it will cost around $3,800 a night. Holy barnacle!
