In fact, the Ralph Lauren Automotive Skeleton Watch, as it is called, is not the first from the American fashion label; it is the second model that also happens to be inspired by the classic, if not iconic, 1938 Bugatti 57SC Atlantic Coupe. Not surprisingly, Ralph Lauren is a huge auto head and also not surprisingly, the $40 million 1938 Bugatti 57SC is among the fleet of cars he owns. But seriously, a second automotive-inspired watch still based on the same car? Man, Mr. Lauren sure have deep love for this particular classic.
