This Transformable Speedboat Is Four Types Of Boats Rolled Into One

Boat is not quite favored by Transformers (though throughout history, they did have a few including a sub), but in this real world of ours, there is a transformable boat. Thankfully, this “transformers” is not an alien robot and does not have a mind of its own. From Austrian boat maker KORMARAN, KORMARAN K7 First Edition is a luxury seafaring vessel that is also a catamaran, a trimaran, a monohull speedboat, and a hydrofoil. I know. It does sound a little sci-fi-ish with so many boat types rolled into one futuristic watercraft. But as it turns out, this is no science fiction. Alpha Centauri Hydroplane Looks Like A Vessel Batman Would Dig

What you see here is NOT a Bat boat from any Batman movies. It is a Hydroplane from young British boat maker Chris Philips. Called Alpha Centauri Hydroplane, this thing might very be worthy of the Dark Knight’s seafaring vessel. This thing is quick, like super quick and it sounds absolutely like a Chevy on waters. And that’s no surprise because, this 27-foot (8.3 m) watercraft is powered by a 9.4L Chevrolet big block motor that pushes out 750 horses which, with a Scott Jet twin stage sprint jet, enables it to make 60 knots (69 mph or 111 km/h) across the open waters. Aston Martin Now Has Boats And It Is Also Going Deep With A Submarine Too

OK. We are going to make this quick. Aston Martin is extending its reach beyond land to the water. First, it designed a beautiful boat and then, came a submarine. Yes. You are not hearing things. Aston Martin has gotten itself into a partnership with private sub maker, Triton Submarines, to create a “strictly-limited edition vehicle” under a project called Neptune. While it is being unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show (as was the boat), very little is known about this Aston Martin-touched Triton Low Profile three-person sub. This Green Lamborghini Aventador Comes With A Matching Speedboat

An aircraft can go anywhere, but you can’t say the same for a car – even for an exotic, super fast car like the Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster. However, that’s only partially true if we are talking about the “run-of-the-mill” Aventador, not if you have the so-called Lamborghini Lovers “Ultimate SV Package,” currently on sale on James Edition. With the Lamborghini Lovers “Ultimate SV Package,” you’d be bagging yourself a highly customized 2016 Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster that only has 700 miles (1,127 kilometers) on the clock and in special order color of Verde Singh, but you will also be scoring a matching color and coordinated trim 2017 Marine Technologies “Mei” 52’ G6 speedboat, so your need for speed can continue even when the land ends. This Sci-fi-ish Speedboat-Submarine Hybrid Piques The Marines Interest

Remember Hyper-Sub which briefly mentioned in a post couple of days ago? Yea. That’s the other speedboat/submarine hybrid that may have piqued the U.S.M.C’s interest. However, unlike the obvious made-for-military aesthetic of the SEAL Carrier, Hyper-Sub looks very much like a futuristic ride you would expect from a August Power or James Bond movie. It looks totally non-military and non-conventional as far as sub goes. However, what it has to offer probably begs to differ. Anywho, Hyper-Sub, along with many defense contractors, showed off its ware at the simulated amphibious maneuver at Camp Pendleton, dressed in tactical-approved black paint, back in April this year (read more HERE). Anyways, to cut long story short, Hyper-Sub is a ship-to-shore capable vessel that can travel undetected beneath the surface of the water in between. This Speedboat Is Capable Of 30 Knots And It Is Also A 15 nm Submarine Too

In the recent IMDEX Asia 2017 in Singapore, defence contractors were again eagerly showing off their latest military hardware to entice governments from the world over. It seems like in this year’s show, marine-related technologies were in abundance (probably due to the maritime tension in this region) and among the sea of dark and light gray hardware, the JFD SEAL Carrier Swimmer Delivery Vehicle had most of our attention and for good reasons. As the product name implies, this dark, tube-like sea vehicle is designed with special operations in mind, but what the product did not explicitly point out is, it is actually a submarine/speedboat hybrid. Aeroboat Day-Boat Powered By Rolls-Royce Merlin V12 Engine

when you have a watercraft that looks as elegant as the Aeroboat by Claydon Reeves, it is only right that it graces a prestigious event like the Salute to Style which will be taking place at The Hurlingham Club on July 16-19. this Brit designed and built futuristic day-boat is powered by a reconditioned, fuel-injected Rolls-Royce Merlin V12 engine, ‘detuned’ to 1,100 horses which will provide it ample enough power to make an estimated top speed of between 75 and 95 knots (86 and 109 mph). for the design of the watercraft, yacht design studio Claydon Reeves looked to the famous World War II fighter plane, Spitfire for inspiration. this design inspiration can be clearly observed from the stern and sweeping tail that reminiscences the vintage fighter’s wing trailing edge to the authentic air intake scoop. Cigarette Racing 50′ Vision GT Concept Boat

another year, another collaboration concept boat from Cigarette Racing and Mercedes-AMG but this time, there is another party involved, and that’s Polyphony Digital, the creating studio of the legendary racing game franchise, Gran Turismo. this fourth collaboration boat, dubbed the Cigarette Racing 50′ Vision GT Concept Boat, draws its design inspiration from the virtual-turn-reality Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo which itself was featured in the latest installment of the Gran Turismo 6. the Cigarette Racing 50′ Vision GT Concept Boat is presented as a one-of-a-kind special model and also the most powerful production twin engine performance boat to ever came out of Cigarette Racing’s dock. this beautiful example, which is some 1000 lbs lighter than the standard spec counterpart, is pushed by twin 1,650 hp Mercury Racing engines to achieve a top speed of 140 mph (225 km/h).
