Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles once crossed paths with Sanrio’s Hello Kitty—thanks to Japanese toymaker Dreams Come True Inc. (not to be confused with the UK charity). Recently, the two IPs have met again, this time enabled by McDonald’s. However, in this special collab for the fast-food chain’s Happy Meal, Hello Kitty has brought along some of her from from Sanrio.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles × Hello Kitty and Friends Happy Meal launched in the U.S. on August 12, 2025, and is available for a limited time. During this period, each Happy Meal includes one of the 12 fusion figurines (like Hello Kitty × Leonardo or Kuromi × Michelangelo), a character card revealing their unique skills and backstory, and of course, the standard meal options—with a choice of nuggets or a hamburger, fries or apples, and a drink.
