The fact that it offered with a suite of digital and connect services , optional panoramic glass roof with LowE laminated safety glass, LED headlights, and up to 19-inch wheels made it even more recreational. Seriously, why is this under VW Commercial Vehicles anyways? I mean, you don’t see Lexus LM categorized as commercial vehicle…

This latest ride revealed by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles will replace the current Volkswagen Caravelle and offered with plug-in hybrid (PHEV) option for the first time. Unlike the Caravelle which was built on the Transporter platform, the new Volkswagen Multivan is built on Volkswagen Group’s MQB platform.

Beyond its strangely beautiful exterior (which is a homage to the 1985 Transporter T3, btw) for a commercial vehicle, the Multivan boasts a flexible interior that seats up to seven and 469 liters of cargo space behind the third row seats. The latter is expandable up to 1,844 liters when the third row seats are stowed away and 3,672 liters up to the front seats.
