There was a time when the PlayStation Portable, a.k.a. PSP, was the coolest thing you could pull out of your bag. Now, thanks to Zara, the PSP itself has kind of become the bag.

Folks, meet the PSP Crossbody Bag. Yes. A crossbody bag that looks suspiciously like Sony’s beloved handheld console from the mid-2000s. No, it does not play games. No, it does not run custom firmware. And no, there is probably no UMD drive hidden in there. But for anyone whose teenage years involved carrying a PSP loaded with games, music, and questionable anime downloads, this thing is pure nostalgia bait.
The bag features a black exterior styled after the original PSP, complete with a vinyl touchscreen-style front panel that mimics the handheld’s display area. Even the shoulder strap gets in on the act with PlayStation button-inspired graphics. It is subtle enough that non-gamers may think it is a tech-themed bag, while PSP veterans will probably spot it from across the street.
As an actual bag, it keeps things simple. It has a zippered main compartment, an adjustable shoulder strap, and measures approximately 11 x 20 x 5 cm (4.3 x 7.9 x 2 inches). So no, you are not fitting a gaming laptop in there. A power bank, wallet, phone, earbuds, and a few daily-carry essentials? Sure.
The funniest part is that this may end up becoming the closest thing some younger gamers get to owning a PSP. Sony has long moved on from the PSP era. Hell, even PS Vita, its successor, did not survive, but somehow Zara has decided that what the world needed in 2026 was a wearable tribute to one of gaming’s most iconic handhelds.
The Zara PSP Crossbody Bag is listed at US$35.90 in the U.S., though availability appears to vary by region. Some markets are already showing limited stock or “coming soon” status.
