1987 Freightliner Truck from Transformers Bumblebee Movie

We heard the 1987 Freightliner Cabover you see here was the truck used as Optimus Prime in the last scene of 2018 Bumblebee movie. Here’s the thing. We has no way of verifying the legitimacy of the claim. However, if it is true, then this is a legit real-life Optimus Prime, albeit one that does not transform (obviously!).

It is pretty truck, no doubt, and if you are such a big fan of Optimus Prime, it may be worthy of a consideration if you have US$21,600 to drop. If you don’t have money or not located in stateside (the vehicle is located in Nebraska, btw), then you are better off waiting for the Takara Tomy Masterpiece Movie MPM-12 which is set to arrive in August 2021.
