to be fair, we shouldn’t brand the LG LAP340 Sound Plate as ‘Sound Bar Reinvented’ cos’ Bose already did so with its Bose Solo. instead of the usual ‘bar’, the LAP340 is what its name say it is: a plate. plate as in a wide and flat rectangular speaker system that’s designed to slip underneath a 32- to 55-inch TV (presumably, we are talking about the newer LED TVs as they are way lighter).
