The highly recognizable and iconic Nike swoosh logo has a makeover which I didn’t think was possible. The sportswear giant has been rebooting some of its iconic models, giving them new-look logos, or simply bestowing them with new designs and materials. The Nike Air Max you see here is one of the latest to get one or both treatments. The most noticeable would be the new embroiled swoosh that looks like as if it is in motion, at speeds.
The logo departs from the familiar curved tick design which, I am not going to lie, tickles my fancy. Normal I am resistant to logo changes, but this one here looks kind of dope. Very expressive and very future forward. At least, it feels like so to me. Two women’s exclusive premium selection are being introduced: a wheat and a grave ice model. Details include a tumbled leather upper, thick segmented mesh on tongue, as well as ankle collar, classy metal aglets, and gum bottom outsole.
