Fisheye No.2 Rodeo Denim Edition

It has been 15 years since Fisheye No.2 from Lomography was first introduced. Between now and then, it has seen many variations, including the Baby version, which was Lomo’s very first 110 format camera. Now, it has one more to add to the shelf. Folks, meet the Fisheye No.2 Rodeo Denim Edition.

Yes, denim. On a camera. Not a sticker. Not a print. Actual Rodeo Denim. If cameras could attend a country music festival, this would be the one getting all the attention.

Strip away the cowboy outfit, and it is still the same wonderfully unpredictable Fisheye No.2. It uses a 10 mm fisheye lens that captures a massive 170-degree field of view, producing the signature circular photos that make everything look exaggerated in the best way. It shoots on standard 35 mm film, which means no instant previews, no deletes, and no second chances. You press the shutter and hope for the best.

The camera keeps things simple with a fixed f/8 aperture and a shutter speed of 1/100 second, plus Bulb mode for long exposures. It also supports multiple exposures, letting you stack images on top of each other for surreal results. A built-in flash handles low-light scenes, and it can focus as close as 0.1 meters (3.9 inches), which is close enough to make portraits feel personal.

It runs on a single AA battery, which feels almost rebellious today. No apps. No firmware updates. Just film, light, and whatever happens in between.

The Lomography Fisheye No.2 Rodeo Denim Edition is available now for US$69.
