New Ring Home Cameras (2026)
A camera pointed at the couch is only useful until the dog takes its mischief elsewhere. Ring’s new pan-tilt indoor model follows movement around the room, while four new 4K cameras cover the rest of the lineup. Between brighter lighting, sharper footage, and more power options, there’s plenty to choose from beyond a fixed view.

Why does it feel like Amazon and Apple are quietly slugging it out in the smart home space? First, Apple introduced HomeView, stepping into what was already Amazon’s—and, some would say, Google’s—territory. Then it got involved further through collaborations with LG and Schneider Electric. Speaking of which, yes, Amazon also has some new smart home products, too, by way of its Ring brand.

New Ring Home Cameras (2026)

Before Apple’s announcement of its Home Collection, Ring has revealed five new cameras. Four offer 4K video, while the fifth can turn to follow whatever is happening. Useful, because dogs rarely commit their household offenses directly in front of a fixed camera.

Four Ways to Get a Clearer View

Ring Floodlight Cam 4K Plus (2026)
Ring Floodlight Cam 4K Plus

The Outdoor Cam 4K Plus offers the widest choice of power arrangements: battery, plug-in, hardwired, solar, or Power over Ethernet. That last option carries power and data over an Ethernet cable, which is handy when your Wi-Fi enthusiasm doesn’t extend to the far end of the yard.

The Spotlight Cam 4K Plus adds a 550-lumen spotlight, with battery, plug-in, and solar options. The Floodlight Cam 4K Plus goes for broader illumination and supports continuous recording and smart detection.

Indoors, the Indoor Cam 4K pairs a 115-degree field of view with dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and a physical privacy shutter. All four feature Ring’s Retinal Vision 4K technology with wide-angle views and true-color low-light imaging.

The One That Turns Its Head

Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam 2K (2026)
Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam 2K

The Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam 2K sacrifices some resolution for movement, offering 360-degree pan coverage and 175-degree tilt with automatic motion tracking. Its physical privacy shutter disables both the camera and microphone. Even an indoor security camera needs to know when to mind its own business.

Pricing and Availability

Both the Ring Indoor Cam 4K and the Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam 2K are available to buy in the U.S. via Amazon.com for US$99.99 and US$69.99, respectively.

The three outdoor models are available to preorder on Amazon.com as we speak. The Ring Floodlight Cam 4K Plus costs US$219.99, the Ring Spotlight Cam 4K Plus is US$199.99, and the Ring Outdoor Cam 4K Plus starts at US$149.99. All three will be released on October 27, 2026.
