Introducing the Apple Watch Ultra 2, the rugged champ of smartwatches (well, kind of!) just got even better. Apple’s latest generation of rugged smartphones packs a punch with performance upgrades and a fancy new double-tap feature.
What’s new? Well, it’s got the super-charged S9 SiP found on the Apple Watch Series 9, a snazzy double-tap move, the brightest display in Apple history, extended altitude range, and even Siri on board. It’s like upgrading from a tricycle to a turbo-charged space scooter, albeit having the same aesthetic.
Anyhoo, that’s not all. With watchOS 10, you get redesigned apps, a Smart Stack for your convenience, and new outdoor exploration features. Plus, say hello to the stylish Modular Ultra watch face.
Despite all these bells and whistles, the Apple Watch Ultra 2 still rocks the same impressive 36-hour battery life during regular use, with up to 72 hours in Low Power Mode. So, it’s tough, smart, and won’t leave you hanging when you need it most. However, some smartwatch makers beg to differ.
The new Apple Watch Ultra 2 can be ordered as we speak for the same US$799 sticker, with availability starting September 22, 2023.
