What happens when you let a 2 Michelin stars pastry chef express his love for Bell & Ross’ timepieces? Well, in the case of pastry chef Julien Dugourd, founder of Julien Dugourd Pâtisserie, he showed his love for the Cyber Skull models by designing a pastry version of the Bell & Ross timepiece.
The BR Skull Chocolate, as it is called, was created by the renowned pastry chef in celebration of the arrival of the Bell & Ross BR 01 Cyber Skull Bronze. While the BR Skull Chocolate did not carve out the intricacy of the skeletal BR-CAL.210 movement, it is no less complex. It is composed of several layers, in a sandwich-type watch case design.
We have no idea if the pastry is available to buy but you should be able to find it on display at the window of Julien Dugourd’s new boutique in Nice in France.
Seriously, though, even if it is available to buy, would you bear to sink your teeth into one? I mean, just look at the work of art. It deserves to be on display more than it is as food. Absolutely beautiful.
