This has to be the strangest news I have heard all day. Cryptocurrency firm Elon GOAT Token ($EGT) has commissioned Canadian metal sculptors Kevin and Michelle Stone to create a bizarre sculpture (or statue?) of billionaire Elon Musk.
The aluminum sculpture features Musk’s head with a goat body riding on a rocket. Not sure what it means. Goat here is a reference to the modern acronym for Greatest of All Time.
The sculpture stretches 30 feet (9.14 meters) long and is complete with a 24K gold-plated thunder sign on the goat’s neck. According to a report, this commissioned piece is worth 600K.
The sculpture is not all fun and games; $EGT is gifting the sculpture to the man himself and has a party planned for the occasion on November 26 in Austin, Texas.
