Casio G-Shock Forged Metal Bezel GM6900

Sometimes, I do think that Casio G-Shock is overdoing it with collection, but I guess if it makes collectors happy, we are good. Speaking of which, here are a trio of new addition to the GM6900 for Spring 2020.

Casio describes the forged metal bezel GM6900 as “an edgy, lux street-style look” which we translate to “ostentatious without spending a bomb.” Well, at least the GM6900G-9 borderlines ostentatious, but hey, the gold look, it is actually (another) closest you will get to spending 70 grand on the solid gold anniversary watch.

As denoted by its name, these timepieces all feature metal bezels, with a unique, eye-catching accent buckle to boot.

The three models are CM6900-1 with silver bezel with matching silver metal button, GM6900G-9 in gold IP bezel and button and GM6900B-4 in black IP and metal bezel, metallic red dial and transparent red band. The latter is the most unique of the bunch, if you ask me, but man, the ostentatious-style of the gold IP really gets me. OK. Not going to lie. I am into that sort of thing.

In addition to those cosmetics, you expect features like shock resistance, 200 meters (656 feet) water resistance, 1/100 sec. stopwatch, countdown timer, 12/24 hour formats, and EL backlight.
