I am sure you are familiar with massage beds. However, the Coway BEREX Massage Bed is not what the massage bed you think it is. This bed literally massages you as you lie comfortably on it. Unlike traditional massage beds designed for a masseur’s use, the Coway BEREX stands out with its interior-worthy design that blends seamlessly into any contemporary home decor.
Moreover, the BEREX is more than just a massage bed. It can be retracted to serve as a modern, bench-style sofa when not in use. When you need to unwind with an electric-powered massage, simply extend the bed.
As an electric massage bed, the BEREX features a 3D multi-motion engine for acupressure, providing a deep and powerful massage with two powerful massage balls and four heated porcelain balls. These elements work together to relax your tense back with techniques like basic tapping, kneading, and more.
Coway states that the bed offers 12 levels of intensity, with a maximum protrusion of 90 mm (3.54 inches) for deep massage action. The bed can massage an extensive range from the user’s cervical spine to the coccyx (tailbone), covering up to 900 mm (35.4 inches).
The Coway BEREX Massage Bed was first released in September 2023 in Korea for 5,220,000 Won [KR], or about 3,798 USD based on the current exchange rate. It is also available for lease. However, it does not appear to be available outside of Korea.
