Love-and-hate is a strange relationship. Sometimes, it kind of makes people do things like creating a LEGO MOC of the current POTUS, Donald J. Trump. I am going to assume the person who designed this custom 95-piece brick-build Trump has that exact dynamic with the man.
How else do you explain someone painstakingly crafting a reasonably accurate mini Trump and then designing an instruction sheet with a parody LEGO logo that reads “EGO,” followed by the product name “President”? The asterisk note, “Wall sold separately,” also feels like a cheeky jab at the 45th President, who had a five-year break before returning to action.
It is unclear who designed this, but we spotted it via Rónán Lee, an author and former MP and Parliamentary Secretary, who shared it on Threads. And this isn’t the only LEGO MOC Trump build. There is another fairly accurate—though more caricatured—version available on Rebrickable for free. (The instructions are free, to be precise)
