We have seen enough of collabs but we are totally not prepared for this: Gundam x Girls by Peach John Lingerie Collection. You read that right. Mobile Suit Gundam lingerie is a thing in 2022.
Underwear brand Peach John has teamed up with the owner of Gundam, Sunrise, for a small collection of bras, panties, and PJ based on the fan-favorite anime series Mobile Suit Gundam 00 which was aired in 2007.
All told there are a bra, a panty, a bra/panty set, one pajama, and very strangely, an eco bag. As far as underwear goes, there are two designs to choose from, both based on the emblem of Celestial Being.
The PJ is actually also Celestial Being-themed but far less obvious (not that anyone will get to see you in your bra and panty). The Celestial Being emblem can be found embroidered – in gold thread – on the kangaroo pocket of the PJ.
Gundam x Girls by Peach John Lingerie Collection will be released on January 15, 2022, Japan Time, with prices starting at 1,078.00 yen (about US$9.35). The collection will be available from Peach John’s website which supports international shipping. So fans may want to take note.
