Die-cast model maker best known for its JDM scale models, INNO, is ushering in the Chinese New Year with a special 1/64 die-cast model of the legendary BMW E30, the second generation of the BMW 3 Series, and possibly one of the most iconic BMWs ever made. Folks, meet the INNO 1:64 Pandem E30 M3 Chinese New Year 2026 “Year of the Horse” Special Edition (IN64-E30P-CNY26).
Released on January 19, 2026, this Year of the Horse INNO collectible is not just any BMW E30. As its mouthful of a product name suggests, it is an E30 dressed in a Pandem Rocket Bunny kit, presented with artistic horse graphics and multiple Chinese New Year elements set against a red base. The roof of the E30 features a custom insignia with the traditional Chinese character for “Horse,” accompanied by cloud motifs. There is also a set of Chinese characters wishing a Happy Chinese New Year, along with a well-wish for the Year of the Horse that literally translates to “Horse crosses New Year.”
Various Pandem and Rocket Bunny branding details can be found throughout the 1/64 die-cast model as well. There is also a mystery edition finished in a gold chrome color base, for those who prefer to go for gold.
The INNO 1:64 Pandem E30 M3 Chinese New Year 2026 “Year of the Horse” Special Edition is available as a limited run of 8,888 units worldwide. It sells for 149.64 yuan (about US$22) in China.
