if you are a music connoisseur who appreciate good sound reproduction from a small package, then this pair of B-10 Bookshelf Speakers from Klipsch should appeal to you. note that i said, ‘small’ and not tiny cos’ i believe there’s a limit to how small a real music connoisseur would accept for a balance between the physical size of the speaker and it’s music reproduction quality. within its timeless black ash vinyl enclosure is a high frequency Tractix horned .75-inch aluminum diaphragm compression driver, a 4-inch flush-mounted horn fascia and woofer and a rear-firing port sits above its single binding posts. the latter two allows for a tighter bass reproduction and reduce front-baffle distortion for better sound imaging, dynamics and accuracy. each speaker delivers 50W RMS and 200W of peak power. the B-10 configuration allows for it to serve as a left, right, center or surround speaker without being overly obtrusive, while still delivering the sound that discerning listeners expect. no word on its price at this point in time but the B-10 Bookshelf Speakers are expected to be available soon exclusively via Klipsch.com. more images and a table of specifications follows after the break.
