The folks over at Koshin Rubber really have a thing for Ultraman. The workwear and rain gear brand has once again collaborated with Tsuburaya Productions on a collection of Ultraman co-branded gear, this time to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Ultraman series. The new collection includes new packable parkas, coach jackets, and tote bags inspired by each series. All told, there are four new outerwear pieces and two tote bag designs.
Among the highlights are the UT-21 Packable Parka, UT-25 Super Water-Repellent Coach Jacket, and UT-22 Washable Tote Bag. The apparel draws inspiration from some of the franchise’s most iconic defense teams, including the Science Special Search Party (SSSP) from the original Ultraman, GUTS from Ultraman Tiga, and STORAGE from Ultraman Z. Meanwhile, the tote bags pay tribute to Ultraman Z and everyone’s favorite morally flexible swordsman, Jugglus Juggler.
The packable parka comes in adult sizes S to LL, plus a kids-only Ultraman Z version in sizes 110, 120, and 130. Each jacket is made from water-repellent polyester, folds neatly into its own pouch, and even includes a Color Timer-inspired zipper pull because, apparently, every jacket deserves to know when it’s running out of energy. Just don’t expect it to flash red when you’re late for work.
If you prefer something a little more understated, the UT-25 Coach Jacket takes the classic SSSP route. Besides sporting the defense team’s emblem on the shoulder and logo on the chest, it uses a lightweight nylon Taslan fabric finished with Koshin Rubber’s Ei Coating for enhanced water repellency. Like the parka, it isn’t fully waterproof, so don’t go challenging Alien Baltan to a rainstorm.
Rounding out the collection are two 16-liter washable tote bags crafted from durable PVC tarpaulin. They can be rinsed clean after a day out, include a removable baseboard, and should have no trouble carrying your daily essentials—or your growing Ultraman merchandise haul.
The first wave of the Koshin Rubber Ultraman 60th Anniversary Collection went on sale on July 10, 2026—also celebrated as Ultraman Day. Prices start at 3,850 yen [JP] (~US24) for the kids’ parka, while the adult packable parkas [JP] and tote bags [JP] cost 4,950 yen (~US$30) each, and the coach jacket comes in at 7,700 yen [JP] (~US$47). These are not it. Koshin Rubber has already confirmed a second wave inspired by another Ultraman hero later this year. So, fans may want to start clearing some closet space now.
