The LEGO 42118 Technic Monster Jam Grave Digger may be targeted at kids of ages 7 and up, but man, it got me thinking: there should be a set made for adult fans of LEGO (AFOL) too.
If there’s one, I would gladly throw my money at LEGO. Until then, LEGO 42118 Technic Monster Jam Grave Digger really is your best bet for an official Monster Jam Grave Digger.
Who cares if it is for children. I want one too! Granted, it is not the most accurate looking Grave Digger, but hey it is what it is for now.
LEGO 42118 Technic Monster Jam Grave Digger features pull-back action, authentic touches (to the best of LEGO’s ability at this price point and target market, that is) including Grave Digger graphics with ghost and fire details, huge tires (albeit lack of BKT branding), a movable flag and red headlights – because, it’s a freaking Grave Digger!
Further boosting its playability is the ability to be reconstructed into an alternative vehicle which, in this instance, is an off-road buggy. Not bad for a US$19.99 toy, eh? Then again, why wouldn’t anyone want an off-road buggy when you can have the Monster Jam superstar?
