to us, a backpack (or rucksack, if you like) must be both functional and stylish. that also explains why we are such a bitch when it comes to selecting a backpack (and each of us have too many to account for) but sometimes, it just takes a image to have us totally sold. the Master-piece Cord Rucksack Black being one of them. created by Japanese luggage maker, master-piece for its Spring/Summer 2012 collection, this rucksack features buckled enclosure and a mixed of different materials such as leather, suede and 600 denier polyester. the backpack is predominantly in brown and black tones with a slight accent of purple at its sides, which thought was a nice touch. the master-piece Cord Rucksack Black is made in Japan and is available through HAVEN for $281 CAD or about US$282, based on today’s going rate. more images after the break.
