Remember the Mega Construx Masters of the Universe: Castle Grayskull Construction Set announced back in February? Well, we have good news. Amazon is currently taking pre-orders for the set, priced as previously announced which is $249.99. Another good news is, it will be shipped beginning June 30th, 2019, not the previously reported January 2020.

Mega Construx Castle Grayskull Pre-order

In the our last report, we only gotten a sneak on cartoonish render product images, but now, there are actual product images and boy, the set is looking seriously bad-ass. A lot more awesome than I have anticipated. Official product description as follows:

“You’ll have the power with this completely faithful castle gray skull building set! Castle gray skull was built to protect an unknown source of power – and now you can too! Discover all of grayskull’s mysteries when you assemble more than 3, 600 pieces to recreate this authentically-detailed and completely faithful castle. Gray skull opens wide to reveal working weapons and launchers, a throne room with surprises, working elevator, and drawbridge that opens and closes. This collectors set also includes 6 micro action figures: He-Man, Skeletor, man-at-arms, teela, beast Man, and the exclusive sorceress! ideal for ages 10 and up.”

Mega Construx Castle Grayskull Pre-order

I am not familiar with Mega Construx sets, but 3,000+ pieces does sound like quite a massive set. Judging from the images of the product with the kid as a scale, it looks pretty enormous to us. Also, can I just say that the box graphics look really awesome too? The construction set comes in a deluxe packaging which also includes a playbook as well as collectors’ poster.

It is also worthy to mention that the item is under Amazon’s pre-order price guarantee, which means if you order now and if there’s a price decrease between your order time and the end of the day of the release date, you will receive the lowest price.
