The way AI images are created through Midjourney is a little unorthodox, but the results are second to none. We’ve seen some pretty mind-blowing examples, including a dystopian Star Wars scene, Iron Man-inspired wedding dresses, and the super fun, IKEA-style nuclear bomb shelter product catalog. And now, the maestro of AI image generation is taking a step into—yep, you guessed it—AI video generation.
Midjourney’s new “Image-to-Video” tool lets you animate your creations with either auto-magic motion or full manual control. Want Darth Vader to moonwalk through a foggy space diner? Go ahead. Want your bunker coffee table to spin into another dimension? That’s also valid.
The best part? You can even upload your own images and tell them how to move. Each job gets you four 5-second clips, and at launch pricing (that will be US$10 per month), it’s about the same as upscaling a still. Cheap thrills, literally.
It’s the next step toward real-time, AI-generated worlds—and maybe, eventually, your very own animated, glow-in-the-dark furniture manual. So yeah, welcome to Midjourney V1 Video: where your memes, dreams, and dystopian home decor come to life. If you are interested, you may learn more HERE.
