Software CEO by indie dev DeltaCraft Games fills that void, letting you trade your hoodie-fueled PowerPoint rants for actual decisions.
Start in a humble garage, hire your first code monkey, and slowly build an empire of digital products. Will you go the SaaS route, crank out standalone apps, or sell your soul doing contract work? Either way, you’ll juggle hiring, training, office feng shui, bug-swatting, and keeping burnout levels low while pretending you know what the hell “component-based development” means.
The game features five tiers of software complexity, real managerial chaos like morale and task assignments, and office upgrades that take you from beanbags to boardrooms. It’s strategic, it’s oddly calming, and unlike actual CEO life, no VC is breathing down your neck asking about “burn rate.”
