Cordless stick vacuum cleaner is not new, but it will surprise you that one of the world’s largest domestic appliances maker, Miele, wasn’t on the bandwagon… well, that’s until now. Folks, meet Miele Triflex Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner and it is here to give Dyson a run for its money.
The 120-year-old German company unveiled its first cordless stick vacuum cleaner at last year’s IFA and it is now available in the U.K. And boy, it does cost pretty penny like Dyson’s. But we will get to that in a bit.
Claiming as the most “versatile model around,” Triflex is touts a modular 3-in-1 design that affords three lengths of reach – something which is lacking in the industry as most have two reaches: long and compact.
Triflex further touts Vortex technology that, when combined with powerful electrobrush, provides “extreme suction” that is said to be as strong as Miele’s most powerful corded vacuum series.
Furthermore, there’s a final air filter that serves to remove ultra fine particulates to safeguard your well being. A couple of other notables include an extra-wide electrobrush that automatically adapts to all floor types (sans carpets, I believe) and VARTA lithium-ion battery good for up to 60 minutes of cleaning per charge.
Speaking of battery, it is swappable with the Pro model comes with 2 VARTA li-ion batteries and an additional battery charger to provide up to 120 minutes of run time.
HEPA lifetime filter is only available in select models where else other models are outfitted with hygiene lifetime filter. Oh, higher end models also enjoy a lighted brush too because, why not, right?
Last checked, the Miele Triflex Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner does not appear to be available in stateside at this point in time.
