Good news Apple Watch users who are big fans of Transformers, G.I. Joe, and My Little Pony. Watch band maker MobyFox has partnered with Hasbro for a series of awesome Apple Watch bands based on their respective properties.
There are two Transformers-themed smartwatch bands available: Optimus Prime and Megatron. Unfortunately, Megatron is sold out which is strange because I thought Optimus Prime looks a lot cooler.
As for G.I. Joe, there are two flavors too. There is the Camouflage Joe and the Cobra Enemy. And finally, we have the sweetest Apple Watch band yet, the My Little Pony – Believe In Magic smartwatch band.
Oh, right. They are all referred to as “smartwatch bands” because each band comes with 2 sets of connectors to accommodate both 38/40/41 mm and 42/44/45 mm case sizes of Apple Watch Series 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, Ultra & SE, as well as Samsung and other smartwatches with a 22 mm pin.
Dang it. Can’t have it on my Galaxy Watch5 Pro which is using an unusual-for-active watch band size of 20 mm.
That’s not the only bad news. Mobyfox x Hasbro smartwatch bands are only available to consumers in North America. MobyFox is not available internationally, although it does have an EMEA website. Even then these drool-worthy pieces are not available there. Bummer.
As far as N.A. markets go, residents in the U.S. and Canada can pick up the Hasbro x. MobyFox smartwatch bands from MobyFox US website for US$39.95 a pop.
