A few other notables include FPGA-based emulation to play games exactly as their creators intended, ultra-durable PBT buttons, a 3.5 mm headphone output, a custom ultra-loud speaker module, a backward-compatible link cable port, and a backward-compatible IR link.
The handheld gaming console is powered by 3x AA batteries but it is also compatible with a custom lithium-ion pack, rechargeable through the console.
