Price is the least of your concern when it comes to the OMEGA Speedmaster Moonwatch now because it has been discontinued. But obviously, there are still available to buy but one can only imagine the price it commands now. Needless to say, this legendary icon from OMEGA is beyond most people’s reach. But thanks to the collab between OMEGA and Swatch, you will be able to wear one.
Though not quite exactly the Moonwatch, the OMEGA x Swatch Bioceramic MoonSwatch Collection is as close as you can get to the legendary timepiece without breaking the bank. That said, unless you have been living under the rocks, deep in the Mariana Trench, you would have how this surprise collab had sparked a frenzy around the world with some ugly scenes played out at some stores where people were rushing to pick up the watch.
Anyhoo, if you haven’t heard of the news. Well, then all’s good. The world is still a beautiful place and also, and you will still be able to buy one or two, without having to challenge the police or spit at each other’s faces.
The OMEGA x Swatch Bioceramic MoonSwatch Collection had caused so much drama that Swatch has to step in and clarify that the collection is NOT a limited edition collection. The watchmaker is working hard “to make the 11 unique watches and replenishing selected Swatch stores regularly.”

For those who don’t already know, the MoonSwatch is a colorful and fun take on the otherwise serious Speedmaster Moonwatch timepiece. It retains much of the iconic designs of the Speedmaster timepiece that makes it immediately recognizable as a Moonwatch but it is obviously quartz movement because, you know, it’s Swatch.
