Once Upon A Deadpool Movie Trailer

Deadpool, whether comics or live action, is never kids’ stuff, but for this holiday season, the merc with the mouth who mostly goes by the ethos of zero fuck given is hitting the theaters with a PG-13 rating. Apparently, it has been a desire for Fox to have a PG-13 Deadpool. According to actor Ryan Reynolds, whose career was pretty much saved by Deadpool, Fox have been asking for a PG-13 of this anti-hero movie since 2006. He relented this time, but on two “conditions.”

Once Upon A Deadpool is essentially a re-cut with less violence and no foul languages.

The first condition is that a portion of the ticket sales will go to charity, and second, he wanted to “kidnap” Fred Savage. Fred Savage, for those who are clueless, was the child star best known for his role in The Wonder Years which ran from 1988-1993. Anyways, the “third” Deadpool is called Once Upon A Deadpool which is essentially a re-cut with footage from the original flick, plus some new scenes from the original cast and crew of Deadpool 2 and a guy, Fred Savage, as the merc’s sidekick.

Once Upon A Deadpool Movie Trailer
Once Upon A Deadpool will hit the theaters in the U.S. on December 12, 2018.

It will be interesting to see how the entire film will play out. I have a feeling that it will be a strange experience who have watched the original R-rated version. But we have to wait and see when Once Upon A Deadpool hits the theater December 12, 2018. Anywho, the movie is, if anything, an opportunist flick that rides on the success of both Deadpool movies and of course, this holiday season. If there’s money to be earned, I don’t see why Fox will not want to make a PG-13 version.

Then again, it will be for a good cause too as every ticket sold, a dollar will go to the charity Fudge Cancer, AKA Fuck Cancer, who have changed the name to be more PG-13-friendly for 12 days of Once Upon A Deadpool’s release. You know what I think? There shouldn’t be a PG-13 Deadpool because, life’s never PG-13 anyways. Skip ahead for the official movie trailer.
