For those not in the know, hearing aids for folks who are hard of hearing have advanced a lot. There are hearing aids with earbuds custom-molded to the wearer’s ear canals, and hearing aids that have an external microphone that also doubles as regular earbuds for private listening to music and videos. And then there is this: Orka O1 Pro.

At a glance, the case resembles a regular TWS charging case. Technically, it serves the same purpose, which blurs the line between hearing aids and in-ear headphones. Orka O1 Pro stands out in the market with several firsts.
For starters, the O1 Pro is co-developed with Bose. It is the world’s first hearing aid with Powered by Bose QuietControl ANC Technology. That’s right. Bose’s ANC has entered hearing healthcare to redefine clarity and natural listening.
ANC is not a side feature for Orka and Bose; it is the star. It is deeply integrated into the hearing aid and companion app. Orka says it delivers clearer conversations, and there is less effort required to hear.
And then there are the pro-grade dynamic drivers—also a hearing-aid first. Usually reserved for premium headphones, these pro-grade dynamic drivers have found their way to those who need them most. This allows the hearing aid to accurately address low-frequency hearing loss while remaining comfortable for all-day wear.

Speaking of comfort, each earpiece weighs just 3.5 g. Combined with the ergonomic design, users will barely feel it is there. In addition, it is slim, so it remains as inconspicuous as it physically can be.
Not surprisingly, the hearing aid is tuned by Bose acoustic engineers and calibrated across three dimensions: clarity, balance, and spatial perception, letting it go beyond simply staying in the conversation and instead helping users stay connected, enabling a truly immersive listening experience for music, video, podcasts, and even calls 🎧
The hearing aid features Bluetooth 5.3 dual-mode connectivity, IP68 durability, and provides over 35 hours of continuous battery life.
The Orka O1 Pro was launched at the Appliance & Electronics World Expo 2026 (AWE 2026) [CH], which ran from March 12 to 15, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center in Shanghai, China. However, I don’t believe the price was announced.
