looking to give your flat screen TV a boost in the audio department, but not wanting to part with too much of your hard-earned cash? then, the Sceptre Speaker Sound Bar 2.1 (SB301523) might just be what you are after. we wouldn’t say the Sound Bar 2.1 looks fantastic, but it has a pretty decent aesthetic and its grille-less design should goes quite well with most contemporary decor. for a bargain $189.99, we guess we shouldn’t be complaining at all. sound delivery is via dual 15 watt drivers and a built-in 30 watt subwoofer, boosted along by high efficiency amplifier, SRS WOW audio and sculpted bass response that is said to result in a “more natural audio with a wider sound field and raised sound image.” if you are tired of messing with one too many speakers of a typical surround setup, a sound bar is the way to go and the Sceptre Speaker Sound Bar 2.1 proves that you don’t need to break the bank to do so. inputs are limited to the good’ol RCA and 3.5mm audio in. no HDMI if that’s what you are thinking, though it does have a coaxial in. other features include a touch-sensing control panel for volume adjustment, preset modes or sound sources, four preset sound modes (movies, music, news, and games) that can be individually tuned, plus an LED screen that offers information of the settings at a glance. like all good sound bar, it can be either place on a table top or wall mounted. learn more about the Sceptre Speaker Sound Bar 2.1 HERE. take another look after the break.
