Your phone needs the juice when on the go, and you also need to take photos and videos with your phone. Two seemingly unrelated matters have been related by one gadget: the Sharge Grip. Sharge, the purveyor of charging devices and maybe AI glasses, too, has launched an innovative power bank that is also a camera grip.

At a glance, the Grip looks like a variation of the Flow Mini. But in reality, it is a two-in-one gadget. Designed with mobile creators who yearn for stability and control, and portable power, the Grip leverages the bulge of the 5,000 mAh battery to create a grip that mimics a traditional camera.
Clamping securely to your phone, it not only offers a more stable grip when recording images, but convenience too, thanks to the tactile shutter button that recreates the satisfying physical click of snapping photos or recording video. It does not end there; it even has a zoom scroll wheel that offers smooth, cinematic zoom control plus toggling between the front and rear camera.
Since it connects wirelessly via Bluetooth to enable those functions, it also means this little guy doubles as a Bluetooth remote for shooting remotely. In the power bank department, the Grip charges fast with 22.5W output through the integrated coiled USB-C cable. And when it is time to top it up, it supports 18W input for quick recharging.
All these are squeezed into a lightweight, portable package of around 120 g (4.23 oz.), and 88 x 38 x 30 mm (~3.5 x 1.5 x 1.2 inches). Rounding up the features are multiple safety protections to ensure safe charging.
The Sharge Grip power bank/camera grip was launched last year for US$51.17, but thanks to the back-to-school sale, you can pick up one for US$46.04. But do not procrastinate, cos the sale ends in 4 days. And no, we are not affiliated. We earn nothing if you buy it by following the link.
