It’s like getting thrilled over film cameras, if you get my jive. Anyhoo, the Zeno Automotive ‘Mjølner’ Powertrain is that “world’s most powerful production V12” we mentioned.
This monster isn’t just flexing muscles; it’s packing them in bulk. Co-developed with MAHLE Powertrain, the Mjølner V12 delivers a thunderous 1,250 bhp, revs up to a shrieking 9,800 rpm, and still finds time to play nice with a hybrid system—all while meeting global emissions standards. Yes, it’s greener than your neighbor’s smug plug-in crossover, but with the ferocity of Thor’s hammer (which, in case you missed the reference, is what “Mjølner” means).
Zenvo’s Aurora, the hypercar that will wield this engineering hammer, is set to bow in 2026. Monterey Car Week attendees will get an early peek, courtesy of Zenvo’s ongoing docuseries that’s basically “The Office” but for powertrain nerds.
