We have been out of touch with happening over at Lexus. We know it has a new boat and we were planning to talk about the all-new 2024 Lexus GX but haven’t gotta around to doing so until this came along: the 2024 Lexus Monogram GX SUV. To celebrate the recent launch of the all-new 2024 Lexus GX, Lexus has partnered with luxury appliance brand Monogram for a very special bespoke concept.
How’s appliances have gotta do with an automobile? Nothing. But you can very well stuff the car with the appliances, though. And that’s exactly what Lexus and Monogram have done. The result is the 2024 Lexus Monogram GX, a bespoke concept vehicle for culinary, wine, and spirits aficionados.
Well, that means this is not the car for me. Not because I am not a ‘culinary, wine, and spirits aficionado’. OK, I am not but that’s not the point; the point is I loathe the idea of having food in the car. I don’t even have chips in the car. Never. Ever.
Anyhoo, the concept Lexus Monogram GX made its official debut at the Food & Wine Classic, happening from June 14 to 16, in Aspen, CO.
The Lexus GX is a large car but I never imagined it’d be big enough for a Monogram 30” Smart Flush Hearth Oven (pizza, anyone?), Monogram Forge Heated Ice Press, an exterior wine and bourbon storage, chilling compartments, a plating station, and a wine and spirits bar.
That’s like a luxury kitchen on wheels. Given the vehicle’s off-roading capability, this means you can have your luxe kitchen even in the wild. Nice (but eat outside; not in the car, ya?).
