Want to read about crazy LEGO MOCs? But first, let me break it to you: a mind-blowing MOC is never about brute size or how complicated the build is. OK. Maybe a bit of the latter. However, when it is complicated, packed with every detail imaginable, and just 14-stud scale? That right there would be an incredible MOC, IMHO.

Now, just to be clear, I trust that this and the other builds featured here are real, since the person behind them, an AFOL (and clearly, a very talented LEGO builder) from Ukraine, Mihail Rakovskiy, is also selling the instructions for his other works on Rebrickable.
Anyhoo, I stumbled upon this gold recently. What caught my eye was the Toyota GR Yaris. And then, as I dug deeper, my mind was blown away by his LEGO Toyota GT GR and the Mazda RX-8. I don’t know Mihail personally, but from his builds, I am confident in saying this AFOL is obsessed with details.
Make no mistake. These are not Speed Champions kinds of low-resolution builds. They may be small, but most of the builds—if not all—have opening doors, trunks, and, wait for this, even hoods complete with engine details, including the rotary engine for the RX-8, which also has functional rear suicide doors! Holy mother of…

That’s not even it. Most of the builds feature a complete interior that will put Speed Champions sets to shame. Oh, did we also mention they have underbody details like drive axles, transmission boxes, and suspension? Yup. It’s ridiculously good. The effort is through the roof.
Mihail fully takes advantage of the different bricks to accurately recreate the lines of the cars. Words cannot express how impressed I am right now.
