Using spectrograms (fancy audio visualizers), Baidu’s tool analyzes the pitch, tone, and duration of your cat’s meows and links them to behavior cues like hunger, discomfort, or playfulness. Turns out, cats developed meowing just to manipulate and communicate with humans, not other cats. Which makes them perfect test subjects for machine learning.
