Wealth is relative. Whether or not you can afford something is really a cost-worth argument. Like for example, $12,000, is consider OK price for an actual car, but $12,000 for a 1:8 scale model? That’s ludicrous. Speaking of $12,000, that’s exactly what this exquisite 1:8 Scale Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse by Amalgam Collection (or Amalgam Fine Model Cars) commands.
For a real, drive-able Bugatti Veyron, 12K is a steal, but not if it is a scale model, is it? Then again, anyone who could afford a Bugatti could have pick up a few 12K scale model cars. However, Amalgam don’t have a bunch for richie rich to buy. There’s only one such example. How’s that for exclusivity?

This all-white scale supercar is developed as a unique one-off edition for Bugatti designer and artist Etienne Salome and it is as accurate to the real-life, life-size model as it can get – thanks to the use of original CAD and accurate digital scanning of the original car.
For $12,000, you will also get a signed plaque, certificate and an original Etienne Salome hand sketch of the Grand Sport Vitesse’s profile. Spoiler: it is still available at the time of this post and so, if you want it, it is wise to act on it now.
