Fire Phone also stands out with Mayday, a free, live, on-device tech support which will have an ‘Amazon expert’ appearing on your device via live video to guide through whatever issue you might be facing. this expert can take over your device and walk you through the procedure by drawing on your screen, talk you through on how to do a particular task, or even do it for you if you wish. Amazon said that Mayday will be there for its customers 24×7, all year round and promised response time in 15 seconds or less. with the Fire smartphone, there is an alternative way of navigating around your phone and that’s through gestures or motion. by simple flick of your wrist it could bring up menus, fast-access screen for settings and other tools, and more, which we think could be the answer to one-hand operation for large display phones.
