Aston Martin has spent more than a century building cars for the road. It took a video game to convince it to build one for the battlefield. Meet the Dreadnought, a digital-only armored SUV created with Infinity Ward and Activision exclusively for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.

Before anyone gets too excited, no, Aston Martin has no plans to start competing with defense contractors. The Dreadnought exists purely inside the game, which also meant the design team could let their imagination run wild without having to worry about emissions regulations, crash tests, or whether the thing would actually fit inside a parking space.
The result is exactly what you’d expect from an Aston Martin built for war. It packs a supercar-inspired all-wheel-drive setup, a thunderous V12 soundtrack, military-grade armor, adaptive combat systems (yes, really!), optimized aerodynamics (because, why the hell not?), plus reserve fuel tanks and bespoke weapons storage.
Despite its military role—in the digital world, that is—it is anything but utilitarian on the inside. Aston Martin’s luxury hallmarks remain intact, including an Oxford Tan leather dashboard and door trim, herringbone-pattern carbon fiber, a metallic gold gear lever, satin gold door hinges, and the signature Chiltern Green paint. Turns out, even a digital war machine doesn’t have to skip the finer things in life.
So where can you find this beast? Players will be able to locate and drive the Dreadnought in DMZ and Call of Duty: Warzone within Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. The game launches on October 23, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC (via Battle.net, Xbox on PC, and Steam), and Nintendo Switch 2.
Although the Dreadnought exists only in the digital world, Aston Martin still built a full-size display model for Fanatics Fest in New York, giving fans the chance to see what a battlefield-ready Aston Martin looks like in the metal. Thankfully, the weapons storage came empty.
