While we are on the topic of BE@RBRICK, here is another collab piece with BAPE but this time starring the boy monkey character from Sanrio created by A Bathing Ape in 1993, BABY MILO.
While not officially the main mascot of BAPE, BABY MILO brings out the cute side of the streetwear brand and has been loved by BAPE fans since its introduction. There have been BABY MILO BE@RBRICK but this time round, this figure is different.
This time the little monkey dude in the BE@RBRICK silhouette has been treated to a flocky finish that gives it a fluffy texture that further accentuates its cuteness. The material is kind of like suede but fluffier.
The figure, which is aptly called BABY MILO BE@RBRICK Flocky Figure, is offered as a set of 100% and 400% (i.e. 70 mm and 280 mm, or about 2.8 and 11 inches tall).
The BABY MILO BE@RBRICK Flocky Figure is available at select A Bathing Ape stores and BAPE.com for 16,500 yen (around US$121).
