Bell & Ross has out another pair of new BR01 Airborne watches. joining the new BR01 Airborne II is the BR01 Tourbillon Airborne which is perfect for those who demand precision in their timepieces. The Airborne II’s 46-mm stainless steel black PVD (physical vapor deposition) is given a ‘rifle barrel’ finish – a process achieved by random and repeat rubbing – further emphasizing its military lineage. The Airborne II features an ETA 2892 self-winding mechanical movement, a ‘phantom black’ dial, an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, and water resistance to 100 meters (328 feet). strap-on duty is undertaken by straps crafted from leather and heavy-duty canvas.

On the other hand, the BR01 Tourbillon Airborne embodies both military symbolism and precision watch movement. The Tourbillon model features a precision indicator, a regulator, a five-day power reserve indicator, and of course, a tourbillon in black gold finish which is clearly visible at the 6 o’clock position. The 46-mm titanium case is a finish Diamon Like Carbon (DLC) finish, with a titanium screw-in crown to match.

Other features include mechanical movement with manual winding, carbon fiber main plates and bridges, sapphire case-back, anti-reflective sapphire, and photoluminescence black with a mesh-like design. The watch is water resistant to 50 meters (168 feet) and has a strap of shagreen and rubber.
