Bowers & Wilkins Formation Flex

Remember Bowers & Wilkins Formation Suite of wireless speakers? It now has a sixth member: Formation Flex. Formation Flex is an unobtrusive, standalone wireless speaker that share the same tweeter technology found in the British brand’s award-winning 600 series speakers.

Like many speakers of this nature, it can use independently, paired with another Formation Flex to create a stereo setup, or with any other Formation speaker like the Formation Bar for an immersive 5.1 surround sound experience.

Key highlights include 96/24-bit high-resolution stereo sound streaming, 25 mm (1-inch) performance tweeter and 100 mm (4-inch) woven glass fiber cone woofer technology, built-in amplifier (2x 50W), Formation Wireless Technology, ease of setup, and it is WiFi (RJ45 Ethernet or wireless), Apple AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, Roon, and Bluetooth compatible.

Bowers & Wilkins Flex will cost £399 (£399.99?) when it becomes available in the U.K. later this month. Oddly, we did not find any information regarding its U.S. availability, nor did we find any pricing information even though the speaker is already listed on the official website.
