That’s right, folks, Casio, the Japanese company best known for timekeeping, G-Shock, Baby-G, and EDIFICE, now is into AI pet robots too!
This fluffy little critter, complete with “mochi-like” fur and a personality that can evolve into over 4 million distinct character types, promises to warm your heart without ever needing a litter box. Moflin doesn’t just sit there, either. It recognizes its favorite human (aka its owner) based on how much attention you give it, and yes, the more you pamper it, the more it’ll repay you with adorable gestures and custom squeaks.
Now, thanks to the magic of AI, Moflin [JP] can develop its personality depending on how you treat it. Pet it enough, and it’ll become the affectionate companion of your dreams. Neglect it, and who knows, maybe it’ll start rolling away to sulk. You’ll even be able to track Moflin’s mood via the companion app, MofLife, where you can monitor its emotions and tweak your relationship accordingly.
