Someone actually designed a Bluetooth speaker in the likeness of the directional fragmentation anti-personnel mine.
Most people who served in the military, especially as infantry, would be familiar with the Claymore, also known as the M18A1. This Claymore-shaped Bluetooth speaker looks like the real deal at a glance, so may I suggest you “deploy” it with caution. How real, you ask? Well, it rocks the same distinct, utilitarian aesthetic of the soldier-maiming weapon. This non-violent variant also sports the iconic rectangular and slightly convex block, finished in the familiar olive drab colorway. But instead of the classic “FRONT TOWARD ENEMY” embossed on the flat, featureless convex side, it has a speaker grille and the text “FRONT TOWARD PARTY”—a cheeky play on the iconic military phrase.
Like the actual Claymore, this Bluetooth speaker version has fold-out scissor legs that allow it to stand upright. Where the maiming device launches around 700 steel balls outward in a 60° arc toward the target, this version pumps out 30W of pressure air to get your peaceful party going. And it can do so for up to 8 hours on a single charge—and no, it is definitely not single-use. Charging takes around 30 minutes via USB-C. The device is IPX6 rated and rocks a shockproof housing. Like any good BT speaker, this Claymore-shaped Bluetooth speaker does support pairing of two units for stereo kill—no wait, I mean stereo setup. Absolutely no maiming whatsoever.
