Swiss luxury watchmaker Corum has taken its wrapped off its Admiral’s Cup Challenger 44 Chrono Rubber collection of watches. clad in vulcanized rubber cases of various hues, these limited edition time pieces are classy and yet funky at the same time. the 44mm watch face is styled in a twelve-sided design and the nautical pennants decorating the inner bezel, further celebrates the yachting lineage. the watches’ hands, numerals and chronographs are treated to luminescent in white, grey or red, thus allowing time telling in the dark.

under the hood of this 27 jewels watch is a CO753, self-winding chronograph that’s COSC certified. other features include a special CORUM finish, colored oscillating weight, titanium crown engraved with CORUM key and a power reserve of 48 hours. as expected from any chronograph time piece, each watch sports three chronograph counters, as well as a date window at the 4:30 mark. these limited edition time pieces are available in four different colors, namely, red, blue, black, white dial on white and last but not least black dial on white. the watches are water resistant up to 100 meters with the exception for the white model which has a water tolerance of up to 30 meters.
the red and blue model has limited run of just 100 pieces each, while black dial on white are limited to just 125 pieces. no mention of the white dial on white and black model production run, though. no words on its pricing and availability at this point time.
