We will not miss featuring this latest collab because it is a collaboration with one of the most iconic (and somewhat controversial) cartoon characters: Betty Boop. For those who don’t know who Betty Boop is… ermmm, where the hell have you been???

For those who know and love the nostalgia aspect of it, the Dr. Martens x Betty Boop Collection may tickle your fancy. Three models of Dr. Mart kicks are offered: Jadon Betty Boop, 1461 Quad Betty Boop, and Vegan Clarissa Quad Betty Boop.
Dr. Martens Jadon Betty Boop Platform Boots
The Dr. Martens Jadon Betty Boop Platform Boots have minimal Betty Boop touches but it is also the coolest pair, IMHO. The Dr. Martens 8-eyed boots have been reworked to include a tonal gloss print showcasing angel and devil Betty Boop poses. It features classic Smooth leather construction, detailed with red heart rivets on the quarters and the backstrap.
Other features include dual laces, a branded Betty Boop swing tag attached, inner ankle zip detailed with an enamel zip puller featuring Betty Boop. Available for both men and women. The Dr. Martens Jadon Betty Boop Platform Boots can be had now for US$210.
Dr. Martens 1461 Betty Boop Leather Platform Shoes
For 1416, the 3-eye Quad shoe has been given a Betty Boop makeover featuring a bold heart-shaped printed metal toe caps, heart-shaped eyelets, and red heart rivets on the quarters and the backstrap. The pair further features dual laces, a branded Betty Boop swing tag attached.
1416 is also constructed from Dr. Martens’ classic Smooth leather and finished with a printed sole pad and the signature yellow welt stitching. Available for both men and women. But last checked, many of the sizes have been snapped up. The asking price for the Betty Boop-themed 1461 is US$160.
Dr. Martens Vega Clarissa II Betty Boop Platform Sandals
The Vegan Clarissa Quad Betty Boop features a synthetic Kemble material in optical white, which itself is striking and pretty head-turning. But throw in the bold domed heart-motif resin studs across the top strap – detailed with black heart and red stud rivets above the welt, this pair of sandals is even striking. It is a beautiful combination, IMHO.
The sandals further feature a contrasting red footbed, a branded Betty Boop swing tag, black hardware, Dr. Martens’ yellow welt stitching, and a scripted AirWair heel loop. Available for women, the Dr. Martens Vega Clarissa II Betty Boop Platform Sandals can be had as we speak for US$150. However, four out of the 7 sizes available are sold out.
