let’s be honest. we love our laptops but the sound they turned out is barely satisfactory. its form factor vastly limits how good the sound you can get but with the help of an unobtrusive speakers like this Energy Power EM-2.1 Multimedia System, you should be getting the most out of your iTunes playlist on your laptops, or just about any media device that uses the universal 3.5mm audio jack. the fact that it is a Klipsch brand and plus, it has more than three decades of audio R&D, engineering, and manufacturing of speakers under its belt should give you some hints what to expect from this little guy. the system comprises of a pair of tiny satellite speakers, each driven by a midrange 1.3-inch fiber composite cone driver while a small subwoofer gives the system the low-frequency thump with its 3-inch front-firing fiber composite cone. this combination bestow the whole package with a total of 25 watts of power output, which is pretty amazing considering its petite size. so how small are we talking about? check out the images after the break to find out for yourself. the EM-2.1 is slated for fall 2011 release with no word on its pricing.
